Joshua Hamburg is currently President of Czar Marketing Group LLC. a marketing company in the timeshare ownership business for the last years. Czar currently employs 300 people and is directly responsible for the sale of millions of dollars of timeshare production a yearly basis. The Hamburg family office is currently maintained under Czar Holdings LLC & Hamburg Family Holdings LLC. Joshua is also the chairman of Minneapolis Mutual Investment Corporation.

Hamburg spent several years with Wall Street investment banks as a licensed 7 and 63 broker where he was involved in the private placement and Initiall Public Offering of more than 30 companies.

Hamburg was hired away to be Vice President of New Business and Sales for Citywide Management, a large real estate & property management company in New York , where he structured the acquisition of 3600 apartments in Brooklyn, NY at an average cost of $22,000 per unit, as well as the acquisition and sale of several New York City apartment buildings and rental townhomes.

Hamburg also was CFO and responsible for capital raises for Mesquite Entertainment Group, LLC a California based film company.

Hamburg had been the Sr Vice president of Taxivision Marketing which was subsequently sold to Clear Channel Communications .
Hamburg also was Managing Partner of JJJ Marketing , which had over 150 sales agents selling products from vacation packages to telecom.

Hamburg currently sits on the boards of the Sam & Fran Hamburg Foundation, The Las vegas Community Kollel ,Packable Ventures and Delarentis Imports.
